Terms of Use
These terms summarize how Specter Poker should be used while the app is in its first public release.
Educational use only
Specter is a poker education and training app. It does not provide real-money gambling, wagering, betting, casino gameplay, or payment processing for poker games.
No financial promise
Training content is for learning and practice. Specter does not guarantee poker results, winnings, profits, or performance outcomes.
User responsibility
You are responsible for how you use training information outside the app and for following the laws and rules that apply where you live or play.
Subscriptions
Paid Specter access is offered through Apple in-app purchase. Subscription pricing, free trials, renewal, cancellation, and refunds are handled through Apple. You can manage subscriptions in your Apple account settings.
Apple standard terms
To the extent applicable, Specter uses Apple's standard licensed application end user license agreement. You can review Apple's standard EULA at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula.
Account and data
Specter may create an anonymous account so progress can be saved. You can delete your Specter data from inside the app at any time.
